My diverse career path has enriched my approach to fitness training. Leading teams through various challenges, including trekking the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea five times, has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, teamwork, and personal growth. These experiences motivate me to guide others in their fitness journeys.
